The Side Slinger bucket was engineered and designed entirely in Solid Works by Josh Lehman.
The idea behind this attachment was to alleviate the need for a secondary operation of spreading out gravel while laying sidewalks. This way the operator would be able to make a scoop of gravel from the pile and simultaneously spread the same gravel by activating the built in rubber belt.
Designing this attachment was a lot of fun. We used an off the shelf snowmobile belt and axel assembly for the screening belt. Drive was thru two hydraulic motors.
